How these numbers work
Amber diamonds mark gaps awaiting review. Empty dates have no reading; only failed fetches carry a neutral ? signal. Unknown and absent values are never zero or included in calculations. Individual totals include recorded partial days and retain uncertainty marks. Crew totals also include recorded partial days; rates and crew medians use each rep’s complete, verified days, excluding a bad day rather than the person. For aggregates only, ? appears when excluded days reach 5% of scheduled contributing rep-days. Short exclusion counts on tiles refer to scheduled rep-days; drilldowns show the full coverage. Unscheduled days are outside that denominator. Rates pair hours and knocks from the same verified days. Qualification still requires complete, verified weeks and unrounded hours: tier >25h and ramp ≥32h; below tier is under 25h. A clipped week cannot certify qualification. “Not out yesterday” uses each rep’s latest scheduled day before today within the selected reporting week; a missing record is unverified. Weeks follow the source reporting calendar.
